What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry, the form opens WhatsApp with your message: the day, trip, number of guests, your name, your WhatsApp number and anything you add. Nothing is stored on this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, quote for your charter and arrange your day. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

Your messages stay in our WhatsApp and email for as long as we need them for your booking and our records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Write to wuweioceanexperiences@gmail.com or WhatsApp 083 279 8400. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
